Customer Support Executive
Location: Sector 2 Noida
Experience: 12 Years in Software/IT/Internet Support

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to deliver topnotch service through calls emails and chats. Use your communication and problemsolving skills to resolve customer queries efficiently while contributing to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in company products and services to provide accurate support.
  • Ensure high First Contact Resolution (FCR) for chats and calls.
  • Manage tickets professionally with clear and concise responses.
  • Address inquiries regarding orders complaints and product issues promptly.
  • Meet daily weekly and monthly targets for customer engagement and upselling.


Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in software/IT/Internet support.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong customer handling and problemsolving expertise.
  • BYOD Policy: Candidates must have their own laptop; monthly reimbursement is provided.
