Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows.
- Relieve branches of highvolume paperwork.
- Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches and internal customers.
- Perform postclosing clerical functions.
- Prepare correspondence relating to postclosing escrow files.
- Perform fund disbursements.
- Schedule and provide instructions to couriers.
- Communicate with branches as needed.
- Follow functional areas processes and procedures in daily activities.
- Troubleshoot as needed.
- Actively contribute to the results of a team and work toward achieving goals and objectives.
Experience you will need:
- Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts practices and procedures of the department/field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal team and external customers.
- Problemsolving with strong organizational skills detail orientation and a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite with proficient Excel experience and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
- Establish effective working relationships at the workgroup level.
- 12 years of escrow processing experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
