What you will be doing:
- Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation
- Draft review and edit pleadings motions discovery responses and other correspondence
- Conduct depositions
- Make appearances at court proceedings
- Engage in settlement negotiations and mediation
- Possess trial experience (a plus)
Experience you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (no exceptions)
- Resultsoriented approach
- Strong writing editing and proofreading skills
- Strong oral argument and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
