What youll do:
- Sell life insurance products telephonically.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Adhere to quality and compliance processes to minimize business risk.
- Maintain optimal operational efficiencies.
- Resolve client complaints and objections effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates.
- Ensure compliance with FAIS Fit & Proper qualification requirements.
Requirements
What youll need
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4 qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound sales call centre or facetoface sales with targets non negotiable
- Financial services experience (advantageous).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Good understanding of financial services industry legislation and regulations.
- Experience in outbound sales is required.
- Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Commitment to FAIS Act and Fit & Proper qualification requirements.
- Willingness to work overtime.
