Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Overview
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks
Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters and best practices
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the company s compliance framework remains uptodate
Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance controls into business processes
Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the company during regulatory examinations and inquiries
Requirements
- Has 23 years of experience as Compliance Officer
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bachelors degree in LawFinanceBusiness Administrationor related field
- Proven experience in a compliance leadership role within the financial services industry (Must be familiar with US and EU regulations)
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent communicationanalyticaland problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
