As a Data and Lead Generation Specialist at Skyline Payments you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our lead data while supporting the sales pipeline with highquality leads. By validating enriching and managing lead data you ll contribute directly to the success of our outbound sales efforts and overall business growth.

An Eye for Detail: Accuracy matters as you verify clean and enrich lead data in our CRM.

Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRMs data tools and reports to keep things efficient and precise.

Responsibilities:
Lead Validation and Verification:
Check and validate 4050 leads daily to make sure all the details are accurate and complete.
Make 200 calls per day to confirm key information like ERP use addresses and employment details for points of contact (POCs).
Data Cleansing and Enrichment:
Spot and fix any data issues to keep our CRM clean and reliable.
Update and improve data to ensure everything stays accurate and uptodate.
Lead Generation:
Generate at least 20 fresh unique leads every week.
Use provided scripts and tips to handle objections and ensure highquality leads.
CRM Management:
Keep CRM records updated and organized focusing on data accuracy.
Share feedback on lead sources to help improve how we gather and manage data.
What We Are Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in data validation lead generation or a similar role.
Previous experience working in outbound sales support or datafocused positions is highly desirable.
Industry experience in Fintech or Payments is a plus; experience with SMBs is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry tools. Familiarity with data cleansing methodologies and reporting tools.
