They must have an extensive network within business communities and demonstrate expertise in funding venture capital investment practices and fundraising.
Vertical Expertise
The GM should bring a strong perspective on the challenges and opportunities in clients industries. A solid background in startup environments business coaching and funding is essential along with a deep understanding of the unique hurdles startups face.
