We are currently seeking a highly skilled CRM and ERP Developer with experience in PHP Node.js API web services Deluge Script and experience in WordPress development (an advantage) to join our team. Position Overview:
As a CRM and ERP Developer at CRM Expert you will play a pivotal role in customizing and developing CRM and ERP solutions for our clients. In addition to development tasks you will also provide support and help desk services for our customers. You will collaborate closely with project managers ensuring meticulous and thorough work performing quality assurance and documenting all aspects of your work. Your ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English is vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM and ERP Development:
- Customize and develop CRM and ERP solutions primarily using the Zoho platform to meet clients specific requirements.
- Utilize PHP Node.js and API integrations to enhance CRM and ERP functionality.

Deluge Scripting:
- Leverage your expertise in deluge scripting to automate processes and customize workflows within the Zoho ecosystem.

Support and Help Desk Services:
- Provide support and help desk services for our customers addressing their inquiries issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Working with Version Control and CI/CD:
- Collaborate with version control systems particularly Git and understand CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) processes.
- DevOps experience is an advantage.

Daily Reporting:
- Provide daily reports to project managers at the start of each day outlining your plan progress and reporting on the objectives obtained at the end of the day.

- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing to ensure CRM and ERP solutions meet high standards of quality and performance.

Documentation:
- Maintain precise and organized documentation for all CRM and ERP development work including code changes configurations and processes.

- Proficiency in PHP Node.js API integration and web services.
- Experience in Deluge Scripting to automate processes and customize workflows within the Zoho ecosystem.

- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Developer with one or more of the technologies mentioned in the skills section.
- Proficiency in PHP Node.js API integration and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems particularly Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) processes.
- Meticulous and thorough approach to work.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Working Hours and Flexibility:
- The standard working week is from Monday to Friday.
- We respect Philippine holidays and provide paid days off on these occasions. Importantly these holidays will not be deducted from the professional service providers compensation.
- Professional service providers must be available on the phone and have a quick response time. They should be willing to work on Sundays occasionally during vacations or outside regular working hours when the job requires it. This may include meeting project deadlines handling urgent issues or accommodating clients in different time zones.
