Job Description
Position: Operation Engineer/Manager
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Salary: Negotiable (Expat Package)

Our client is a key player in a consortium dedicated to delivering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabias
ambitious National Renewable Energy Program. This initiative aims to achieve a total renewable
energy capacity of 11.4 GW once fully operational
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Project Engineer/Manager to lead and coordinate complex engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing crossdisciplinary teams. This role requires the ability to oversee project planning execution and delivery while ensuring quality cost efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Initiation:
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
Execution & Monitoring:
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to execute project plans effectively.
Monitor progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards regulations and company policies.
Technical Oversight:
Provide engineering expertise to resolve technical challenges during project execution.
Review and approve design specifications drawings and documentation.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources including personnel equipment and materials to meet project requirements.
Manage procurement and subcontractor activities to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet specifications and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
Communication & Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including clients vendors and team members.
Prepare and present project status reports including financial updates and performance metrics.
Completion & Handover:
Ensure successful project handover by delivering all required documentation and final reports.
Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (e.g. Civil Mechanical Electrical) or a related field.
Master s degree or certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) are a plus.
Minimum of 10years of experience in project management within the engineering space.
Proven ability to manage largescale multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Strong understanding of engineering principles construction methods and project management best practices.
Familiarity with applicable international standards and regulations.
