Work Schedule: MondayFriday (US Time Zone)
Salary: PKRBonus on each placement
(Current recruiters are earning more than PKR 200000/month)
Hiring Focus: IT & Software Engineers (USbased roles only)

The company is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the USA with its recruitment and operations team located in Islamabad Bahria Town Phase 4. The role requires exceptional communication skills and fluency in English to support the hiring needs of USbased clients.
Role Description:
This is an onsite fulltime role for a Recruitment Specialist focused on hiring for IT and software engineering roles in the USA. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including:
- Sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
- Conducting market research to identify talent pools and hiring trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in recruitment candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
- Strong market research and data analysis abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Experience using recruitment tools databases and ATS systems.
- Understanding of HR policies and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field.
