Job Description: Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)
Location: Bulgaria (Hybrid/Remote)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
40 hours per week and 8 hours per day
- Shift 1: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM

About the Role:
Are you fluent in German and looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a great role for juniors who want to gain experience in customer service with the flexibility of hybrid/remote work.
What Youll Do:
- Help customers by answering their questions via phone email and chat in German.
- Give clear and friendly support about products and services.
- Solve customer problems or pass them to the right team when needed.
- Keep records of your interactions with customers.
- Work together with your teammates to make the customer experience better.
What Were Looking For:
- German fluency (spoken and written) is required.
- Basic English skills for team communication.
- Good communication and problemsolving skills.
- Eager to learn and comfortable using computers and customer service tools.
- Able to work flexible hours including some weekends (rotational shifts).
- Must live in Bulgaria.
