Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk area ensuring it is tidy and wellstocked with necessary materials.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Promote a positive and friendly office atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
