Lifestyle Brands Advisor Renowned Lifestyle Brands (B2 German Required)
Do you love helping people and have a passion for leading lifestyle brands
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team focused on providing exceptional customer service for a portfolio of worldfamous lifestyle brands. However fluency in German is essential for this role.
What youll do:
- Assist customers via phone email and online chat ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Answer questions about products orders deliveries returns and more (in German).
- Build rapport with customers and demonstrate a clear understanding of the brands you represent (in German).
- Be a problemsolver proactively identifying solutions and exceeding customer expectations (in German).
Youre a great fit if you have:
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) German is required for this position.
- A passion for excellent customer service
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
The Offer:
- Working hours: MonSat 10:00 am 7:00 pm 1:00 pm 10:00 pm
- Salary: 2900 BGN gross
- Transportation allowance: 50 BGN per month
- Important life event bonus: 500 BGN
- Training: 2 weeks fullypaid (remotely)
- Joining deadline: 6/Jan/25
