We are a fastgrowing software company seeking a driven and customerfocused FrenchSpeaking Customer Success Account Manager to join our team in Athens Greece. This hybrid role combines onsite work for two days a week with remote work for the remaining three days. Position Summary:
As a Customer Success Account Manager your main role will be to build and manage relationships with Frenchspeaking business clients ensuring they derive maximum value from our software solutions. Your responsibilities include upselling managing customer retention and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also identify growth opportunities and handle cold outreach to potential clients. A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales including cold calling and upselling is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Frenchspeaking clients ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our software products.
- Foster strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within each client organization.
- Gain an indepth understanding of each clients business needs and challenges to offer tailored software solutions.
- Conduct regular checkins with clients to help them fully utilize the softwares features and maximize ROI.
- Upselling & Account Expansion:
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling additional products or services to current clients.
- Introduce new software features addons and services that align with the clients evolving business needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed upsell targets to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure successful account expansions.
- Cold Calling & Sales Development:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective business clients within the Frenchspeaking market generating interest in our solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by converting prospects into longterm customers.
- Engage in outbound sales activities to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Partner with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns.
- Customer Success & Support:
- Provide dedicated support to clients addressing their questions and concerns and resolving any issues related to the software.
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to prevent churn and ensure longterm satisfaction.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process ensuring smooth implementation of our software solutions.
- Escalate and manage technical issues in collaboration with internal teams ensuring prompt resolution.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions account statuses and potential growth opportunities.
- Deliver regular performance reports and client feedback to management.
- Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
- Location: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Athens Greece (relocation package provided).
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in cold calling and upselling. Previous experience in the software or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships achieve upsell targets and drive business growth.
- CustomerOriented: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable with software tools and eager to learn new technologies. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
