Job Description

Position Overview:
- Equipment: Operate 53 refrigerated trailers on a dedicated account.
- Freight: 100% no touch freight featuring drop and hook and live store load/unloads.
- Schedule: Weekly home time ensuring a minimum 34hour reset.
- Flexibility: Drivers must be available for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
- Operation: 7day operation with weekends not guaranteed off.
- Work Schedule Options: Choose between a 5day work week (personal vehicle required for terminal travel) or a 6day work week (take the truck home).
- Mileage: Average 1700 miles per week.
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive Mileage Pay: Earn $0.69 to $0.81 per mile
- Weekly guarantee pay: $1.000
- Additional Incentives: $10 for the first stop $15 for each additional stop and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.
- Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1500.
- Monthly Bonus: $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency.

Driver Requirements:
- Age: Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents serious tickets or suspensions in the last 5 years.
- Employment History: Solid 10year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum).
- Background Check: No DUIs felonies or misdemeanors within the last 5 years.
- Drug Screening: Must pass both urine and hair preemployment drug screens.
