Job Description
Our client is a leading freight forwarding service provider specializing in efficient logistics solutions for air sea and land transportation. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations for their clients. They are currently seeking for a HR & Admin Executive to join their team.
Job Scope:
- Must understand and follow up with all MOM rules and requirements for employment
- Must attend courses when required and feedback all MOM updated information to the company
- Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required
- Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company
- Keep record of staff leave etc.
- Handle all office administrative work.
- Handle all office purchases like stationeries pantry needs etc.
- Ensure office cleaner does her job.
- To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all companys assets renewal of memberships vehicle VPC and roadtax and insurance.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma holder or fresh graduate in Human Resource faculty.
- Must have good command in English for both spoken and written
- Initiative selfmotivation independent and hard working
- Working experience not in this HR field and is willing to learn and attend HR courses and has the passion for this position will still be considered.
- 5days work MonFri: 9 to 6pm.
