Tasks
- Integration and implementation of ISR (Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance) solutions: Developing and integrating commercial spacebased ISR capabilities within defense projects.
- Coordinating ISR tasking processes: Managing and implementing tasking requirements for ISR missions via APIs and other technical solutions.
- Support for intelligence collection processes: Providing technical and operational support in the intelligence collection process within defense projects or national intelligence processes.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams: Working within a team to deliver integrated solutions that meet the defense clients needs in collaboration with engineers analysts and other departments.
- Managing technical documentation and reports: Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for the developed processes and systems including progress reports and performance analysis.
- Participating in the development and updating of technical policies and procedures: Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and documentation related to ISR operations and security and data protection policies.
- Evaluating and testing implemented systems and solutions: Ensuring that technical solutions are tested and perform properly within the defense environment according to client requirements.
- Supporting the technological integration of new systems: Identifying and implementing innovative solutions for the continuous improvement of ISR capabilities and integrating them with other existing systems.
Requirements
- Please note that due to the specifics of the project only candidates with a valid security clearance will be taken into consideration.
- Essential
- Experience of working with commercial space based ISR capabilities
- Experience of integrating commercial space based ISR tasking via API
- Previous experience of defense projects or National intelligence processes and systems
- Desirable
- Desirable experience in working within commercial space based earth observation industry
- Desirable experience working within or supporting defense projects or National military
- Desirable knowledge in defense projects JISR systems policy and doctrine
- Professional Qualifications
- Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years)
- Must demonstrate the ability and selfmotivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team
- Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problemsolving
- Motivated good communication skills team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of defense projects or National intelligence processes

Effort: 8 hours/day. 75% Offsite 25% Onsite at clients office in the Netherlands
Project duration: The BASE period of performance is 3rd February 2025 and will end no later than 31st December 2025. If the 2026 option is exercised the period of performance is 01st January 2026 to 31st December 2026.
