We are looking for a well informed and brilliant Social Worker to join our rapidlygrowing NGO. You will act as an advocate for our organization.
As a Social Worker you will be responsible to assist individuals in cultivating their abilities and coping mechanisms. You will understand their problems and offer them genuine advice in order to enhance their everyday lives and encounters. You will also be responsible for organizing some social events like health checkup camps blood donation camps etc to bring about awareness in our society.
You should ensure that your welfare work adheres to specified principles and timescales. You should also ensure that your work does not hamper with the routine lives of other citizens of society.

Responsibilities
- Work together in multidisciplinary teams while collaborating with different types of social workers.
- Arrange plan oversee and implement support packages to assist customers to deal with problems and overcome dependencies.
- Meet service clients and evaluate their present condition needs stamina and other shortcomings.
- Deal with each case as a unit and set custom fitted quantifiable objectives.
- Examine and assess customers progress and modify treatment methods accordingly.
- Offer counseling and information on the best course of action amid sessions.
- Keep accurate records and report on customers status.
- Attend case meetings and provide proof in court when required.
- Act as a keyspecialist and collaborate with multidisciplinary groups.
- Assign customers to community services to assist them in their recovery.
- Educate school children about social work and get them on board.
- Maintain a professional outlook towards work.
- Utilize community resources diligently.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in social work (BSW) Psychology or sociology or relevant field.
- Proven 2 work experience as a Social Worker in the Healthcare Industry. Candidates having entrylevel experience in support groups can also apply.
- Should have experience with child care and health care.
- Proficient with social theories and practices.
- Ability of social perceptiveness and compassion.
- Capacity to assemble and keep up professional helping relationships.
- Capable of relating and corresponding with diverse populations and groups.
- Versatile along with a capacity to assess circumstances.
