Job Description
Web Designer Entry Level
Work Location: Irvine CA or Irving TX (on site only)

Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging responsive and userfriendly interfaces for web applications.
Create wireframes mockups prototypes and interactive designs.
Ensure designs align with user experience best practices and branding guidelines.
Customize pages using HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Bootstrap.
Collaborate with business analysts developers and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into design specifications.
Participate in user research usability testing and feedback sessions.
Conduct design reviews usability tests and quality checks to ensure a seamless user experience.
Maintain and update SharePoint UI and web application designs as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Web Design Graphic Design Computer Science or related field.
2 years of experience designing UIs for web applications.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD Figma Sketch or similar.
Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Strong problemsolving communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Basic understanding of SharePoint s capabilities is ideal.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365 environments.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
Knowledge of SharePoint Designer PowerApps and SPFx customization is a plus.
Fulltime position only. Contractors and Consultants will not be considered for this position. Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA and go through a background check before being considered for employment.
