Job Description
As our O2C Business Architect you will be responsible for leading our ordertocash process design for Industrial Sales Order Management within our SAP program. Reassuring an EndtoEnd consistency in the sales order flow. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to ensure that our SAP solutions align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Represent Sales & Marketing the Order 2 Delivery (O2D) and Order 2 Cash (O2C) processes in the Industrial ERP Backbone (IEB) Program.
- Reassure that business objectives and target architecture are adhered to and steer the design decisions.
- Ensure processes are efficient scalable and adhere to best practices/industry standards.
- Be a key resource in the IEB program by supporting our Business Process Owners (BPO) with the establishment and documentation of global processes and templates.
- Identify business changes required to align with industry standards.
- Support program deliveries by collaborating with program teams (e.g. other process streams) and Service Integrator.
- Maintain program activities for the role within the program e.g. facilitating change management and change requests with the O2C stream.
Requirements
- Documented experience with SAP S/4HANA with a focus on O2C and the SD module
- Strong project management skills and experience in business architecture.
- Good understanding of business processes in sales delivery and invoicing.
- Experience working in global and complex programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience with documenting processes in Aris is meritorious.
