Job Description
- Be the First Point of Contact: Handle inbound leads no cold calling! Engage with property owners who have requested our services.
- Assess and Advise: Conduct property assessments listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions to help them sell their property quickly and efficiently.
- Facilitate Transactions: Guide customers through the process of understanding their options and getting contracts in place for a seamless experience.
- Follow Up with Purpose: Maintain a sense of urgency while staying organized using phone email and SMS to keep communication clear and timely.
