Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech language and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans to address individual goals.
- Partner with clients caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve therapy objectives.
- Educate clients and families about communication and swallowing disorders offering actionable strategies.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest practices and advancements in the field.
- Maintain detailed records including evaluation findings therapy plans progress notes and billing information.
- Provide targeted therapy for various communication and swallowing disorders such as articulation language fluency voice and dysphagia.
Requirements
- ASHA certification is desirable
- Possess an active Speech Pathology license in Georgia
- Hold a Masters Degree in a Communication Disorderrelated field
