This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to establish longterm trusting relationships with new customers for Estoras Group and its subsidiaries. The Sales Manager will focus on developing new business and actively seeking sales opportunities across all companies within our group. These include a digital marketing agency a technology consulting company a product company a software company and any future business ventures.
The ideal candidate will have experience meeting ambitious individual and teamwide sales quotas and will excel at developing strong relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and lead generation.
- Develop new business opportunities with clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in global enterprise sales.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executives and Csuite leaders.
- Solid experience with CRM software.
- Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
