Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Connect with potential clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Booking Assistance: Help clients research and book flights accommodations and activities tailored to their travel plans.
- Vendor Communication: Liaise with hotels airlines and other service providers to secure the best rates and options for clients.
- Itinerary Management: Assist clients in creating and managing travel itineraries to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Market Research: Stay informed about travel trends and promotions to provide clients with the best recommendations.
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels to drive bookings.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback posttrip to enhance future services and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; a passion for travel is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly customerfocused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online booking platforms are a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- Willingness to work in a commissionbased role with performance incentives.

1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency with computer systems and online booking platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 7. Knowledge of geography, airlines, hotels, and travel destinations preferred. 8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is preferred but not required.
