Job Description
Manage and grow our SEO and Youtube channels including creating and scheduling content optimizing titles tags descriptions and thumbnails and ensuring consistent branding.
Analyze and report on channel performance using data and insights.
Analyze our longtime existing channels and propose an optimization plan
Identify opportunities for growth
Develop strategies to increase views subscribers and engagement.
Collaborate with the content team to develop video content that will bring more performance.
Stay uptodate with the latest Youtube trends algorithm changes and best practices and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers and respond to comments.
Collaborating with other creators and influencers to create crosspromotion and collaboration opportunities
Editing and optimizing videos for search and discovery on YouTube
Requirements
Bachelors degree in communications marketing or a related field.
3 years of experience in SEO managing Youtube & other Social Media channels and developing social media strategies.
Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of Youtube algorithms analytics and optimization techniques and SEO best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creativity and a passion for creating engaging and innovative content.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SEO, managing Youtube & other Social Media channels, and developing social media strategies. Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of Youtube algorithms, analytics, and optimization techniques and SEO best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
