MIG Plate Welder
- Pay: $2527/hour (Based on Experience)
- Hours: MondayFriday 5:00 AM3:30 PM
- Employment Type: TemptoHire
- Location: Catoosa Oklahoma
- Test Requirement: Plate Test 2G and 3G MIG/FLUX
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and detailorientedMIG Plate Weldersto join our team in Catoosa OK. This role requires proficiency in welding functions blueprint interpretation and the ability to adhere to precise accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks according to job specifications and qualified processes without supervision.
- Select appropriate equipment and plan the layout and assembly of welding projects.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with standards.
- Utilize precise limits and maintain high accuracy in all welding tasks.
- Execute arc gouging proficiently.
- Interpret and apply knowledge from various blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use and interpret measuring devices such as tape measures protractors and weld symbols.
- Read analyze and apply technical information from codes such as ASME and API (e.g. API650620).
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of welding equipment and processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and codes.
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and work with precision.
