Job Description

Adelphi is urgently seeking a dentist to provide comprehensive dental care at a facility in Lubbock County Texas. The ideal candidate will deliver a full range of dental procedures demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise and work collaboratively with the facility s leadership to ensure the highest quality of care.

Shifts: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Compensation:$100$115 /hr.

Requirements:
Licensed Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and/or a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Must have a Current Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) and current annual registration certificate.
Must have a Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration.
Must have a Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification.
1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
OnFacility and OffFacility Dental Exams.
Consults XRays and General Dentistry.
Restorative Preventative Procedures Including: Tooth Extractions Surgical & NonSurgical Root Canal Therapy Direct and Indirect Restorations Fixed and Removable
Prosthetics Devices Dental Implant Restorations Deep Scaling Root Planning and Crown Lengthening.
Must provide on facility services as needed before and after surgery.
providing and reviewing annual exams evaluations consultations and specific dental treatment as appropriate to the client(s) on campus as needed.
Maintain clean and sterilize all dental equipment as needed including all preventative maintenance or delegate task to dental staff.
Enter all findings recommendations and Treatment summary onto a hard copy consultation generated for the facility.
Provide legible and signed clinical notes or enter Dentrix if the dentist has access.
provide patient s Treatment Team for inclusion into the Treatment Plan as needed.
Clinically oversee the work of the ancillary personnel from their office if applicable.
Any other duties assigned by the facility s Medical and/or Dental Director.
