Paradigm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an onsite 10month contract role in Boise Idaho. The ideal person will have experience supporting multiple managers and firstlevel employees in a variety of administrative tasks. We are seeking a person who has a growth mind set and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. This person will work on complex assignments that require attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

As an Administrative Assistant you will:
- Assist supervisory and nonsupervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle calendar maintenance for one or more employees.
- Answer/screen telephone calls.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Handle travel arrangements.
- Generate purchase orders confirm product deliveries track equipment check status of vendor invoices and arrange shipments.
- Develop & edit Excel spreadsheets for financial/expense records.
- Arrange shipments and scheduling of trainings/ meetings.
- Prepare/edit presentations.
- Greet and escort visitors; help with new employees onboarding.
- Coordinate within the immediate group and with other departments.
- Compile data for reports and assist with administrative tasks associated with cost centers and budgets.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- Bachelor degree in marketing communications business administration or equivalent is preferable.
- A minimum of 5 years general administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.
- Advanced general administrative skills and technical aptitude.
- Must be highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus).
- Strong Excel and data analytic skills.
- Ability to design and edit PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be highly organized accountable detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to work with multiple partners collaboratively and cooperatively.
- Be a great team player who is highly adaptable maintains a positive disposition remains very flexible with changes in duties and can stay on top of tasks and commitments.
