Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Product Management Computer Science or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Agile (Certified Scrum Product Owner SAFe Product Owner).
- At least 7 years of experience in the Product Manager role.
- Formal education in Business Administration Product Management Computer Science or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:
- Crafting and executing comprehensive product strategies that drive business growth while aligning with long term organizational goals.
- Demonstrates ability to build relationships and influence Csuite executives to translate complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.
- Experience leading highly complex product portfolios across multiple workstreams.
- Mastery of agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement scaling agile practices across the organization and mentoring teams on best practices.
- Leveraging market insights data analytics and emerging technologies to innovate and solve critical business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired):
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing other product managers or product owners.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to understand and contribute to discussions about complex requirements and solutions.
