Job Description

This is a remote position.


Job Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will develop tailored social media strategies focusing on achieving a positive ROI and maximizing client satisfaction. By leveraging data insights you will identify areas of opportunity and ensure campaigns are performing at their peak.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Design build and manage paid social media campaigns for clients across platforms including Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
  • Perform daily campaign optimizations to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Monitor budgets ad sets and targeting to ensure effective allocation of resources.

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored social media strategies to meet those objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends platform updates and best practices to incorporate innovative techniques into strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed monthly analytics reports for clients highlighting campaign performance key metrics and insights.
  • Identify areas for improvement and present actionable recommendations to clients.

Client Collaboration:

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates address concerns and ensure alignment with their marketing goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor demonstrating expertise in paid social media marketing.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of handson experience managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager as well as advertising on Instagram and TikTok.
  • A track record of delivering measurable ROI and successful campaign outcomes.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting ad creatives and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with client goals and budgets.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and reporting.
