This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 8:00AM 4:30PM
- Includes 30 minutes unpaid break

Job Description
As a Sales Support Specialist you ll be at the heart of our operations playing a crucial role in our company s continued success. This exciting position offers a unique blend of customer interaction technical knowhow and problemsolving opportunities. You ll work with cuttingedge software to process orders for a wide range of custom products from embroidered apparel to printed promotional items. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure smooth operations and happy customers. Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders efficiently through our specialized DecoHub system
- Master the use of Printavo software for accurate order entry and management
- Apply complex pricing matrices to provide precise quotes for diverse product ranges
- Conduct professional followup calls with customers for quote approvals and order modifications
- Clearly communicate any cost updates or changes to customers ensuring transparency and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with our production team to guarantee order accuracy and timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism providing topnotch customer service
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations
- Stay updated on our product lines and supplier information to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
Requirements
- 3 years of Sales Support experience or similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using computer software and a quick learner for new systems
- Customeroriented mindset with a professional and friendly phone manner
- Basic understanding of file types and design concepts (preferred but not required)
- Experience with Printavo software is a plus but full training will be provided
- Familiarity with the printing embroidery or promotional merchandise industry is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
