Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Specialist with a strong background in the Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARC) module to join our team. The role involves designing implementing and optimizing Oracle EPM solutions focusing on the ARC module to streamline reconciliation processes ensure compliance and enhance financial operations. The ideal candidate should have handson experience with ARC deep knowledge of Oracle EPM suite functionality and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver highquality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Design and implement Oracle ARC solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Configure ARC workflows reconciliation templates matching rules and compliance frameworks.
- Perform data integration between Oracle EPM applications and other financial systems.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing reconciliation processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Automate manual reconciliation tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Develop best practices and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance accounting and IT teams to understand business needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to endusers on the ARC module and Oracle EPM functionalities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ARCrelated inquiries and issue resolution.
Support & Maintenance:
- Monitor ARC system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure timely updates and upgrades of Oracle EPM applications including ARC.
- Maintain documentation for configurations processes and troubleshooting guides.
Reporting & Insights:
- Create and manage dashboards and reports for reconciliation status exceptions and key metrics.
- Provide actionable insights from ARC data to improve financial decisionmaking.
- Support audit and compliance reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- Insert Requirements e.g. Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
- Specify Required Years e.g. 3 7 years of experience working with Oracle EPM specifically the ARC module.
- Proven track record in implementing and optimizing Oracle ARC solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM suite particularly ARC Financial Close and Consolidation and Data Management.
- Proficiency in configuring reconciliation processes templates workflows and rules within ARC.
- Handson experience with data integration tools and ETL processes for Oracle EPM.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Groovy Python) and SQL for customizations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Oracle Certified Professional EPM or equivalent certification.
