The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition and management of corporate accounts including large businesses multinational companies and organizations. This role focuses on building and maintaining longterm relationships with corporate clients generating sales leads negotiating contracts and ensuring client satisfaction to maximize hotel occupancy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research networking and lead generation.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients ensuring their needs are met and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from corporate bookings conferences and events.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate rates terms and conditions with clients preparing proposals contracts and other necessary documentation.
- Customer Service: Work closely with other departments (e.g. operations event planning catering) to ensure smooth execution of corporate events and group bookings.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting: Track sales performance prepare reports and analyze results to optimize strategies and ensure targets are met.
