Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Experience required: 410 years
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for React and Node.js applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand the application features and functionality for accurate test planning and execution.
- Identify document and track bugs and issues working closely with developers to facilitate their resolution.
- Perform manual testing when necessary including but not limited to exploratory integration system and regression testing.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and best practices are incorporated into the development process.
- Stay uptodate with new testing tools and test strategies and evaluate their potential benefits for our projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation related to testing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 56 years of automation testing experience of testing applications developed in React and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Jest Mocha Chai or similar.
- Experience with testing tools and services like Selenium Cypress Postman.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with ES6 and later versions.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML CSS RESTful services and JSON.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
