The Senior Community Host plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Community Hosts in Birmingham ensuring a cohesive and best in class welcoming environment for all guests. This position involves working with the Community Manager and GM to support the implementation of the community engagement programme managing team performance and fostering relationships with occupiers and local stakeholders. The Senior Community Host is also responsible for promoting exceptional amenities and wellness initiatives ultimately enhancing occupier satisfaction and reinforcing the reputation as Birminghams leading innovative workplace destination. Their leadership ensures that the highest standards of service are consistently delivered throughout the community.
Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm

Qualifications :
Pro active outgoing leader you enjoys to connects with people Strong written and verbal communication skills. A background in the hospitality or customer service industies would be a benefit. Good knowledge of MS office. A driven individual who can self motivate. Problem solving skills an interest in event management and Facilities.
