Job Description
- You will work closely with the head of nutrition UK food team and key stakeholders in the building on the communication of the strategy.
- Work closely with Head of Nutrition on strategy and rollout.
- Lead on the communication and engagement of the strategy across the business in addition to reviewing and measuring progress against goals and commitments.
- Develop recipes that are good for our people and the planet.
- Devise and deliver training and education in conjunction with our food and beverage team.
- Work on our recipe management system Nutritics.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Working with all departments to ensure our compliance to upcoming relevant legislations.
- These client locations are based across the UK so travel on occasion will be required.
Qualifications :
- BSc degree in Nutrition or Public Health
- Nutritionist AfN (Association for Nutrition) accredited (ANutr minimum 23 years experience
- Passionate about nutrition and sustainability
- Presentation skills
- Experience in working with special and sustainable diets within the retail sector
- Demonstrate commercial awareness as well as nutrition/technical knowledge
