Attend to all guest queries in a prompt professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Complete a seamless check in and check out service for all our guests
To act as a point of contact for all guests to provide assistance and offer them efficient customer service identify their needs as well as product knowledge
Ensure the correct handling of guest messages mail and packages
To know details of the days arrivals identify priority guests VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
Working with the Duty Manager on a daily basis to best serve our guests
Assist in arranging room moves select appropriate rooms and arrange for luggage to be moved
Qualifications :
Minimum 12 years previous experience within similar role
Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
