Aufgaben

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential customers and generate qualified leads through targeted research cold calling networking and other strategies.
  • Customer Outreach: Utilize various communication channels such as phone email and social media to engage with potential customers and generate interest in our products/services.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand the needs and requirements of potential customers through targeted conversations and information evaluation to offer tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads nurturing relationships and updating all relevant information in our CRM system to ensure continuous business development.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Lead negotiations create offers and adapt solutions to meet customer needs effectively. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of business development efforts. Create regular reports and presentations to communicate results identify areas for improvement and provide datadriven recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifikation

  • A degree in Business Administration Media & Communications Management or a similar field along with several years of professional experience.
  • Proven success in B2B software sales.
  • A communicative personality with strong negotiation skills.
  • A high level of commitment motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and resultsoriented approach to work.
  • Practical experience in sales & business development.
  • Passion for digital innovative products.
  • Enthusiasm for procurement profitability and business.
  • And yes: English!
