Effective Immediately Please include your New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/ Registration Certificate up front with all Nursing submissions. As of 1/1/24 all new and returning agency staff must have deescalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance. Facility As of 1/1/2024 ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI AVADE or MOAB. MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT THIS IS A MED SURG FLOAT NEED BETWEEN THOMPSON FARNUM AND KINSGSBURY UNITS. TRAVELER MAY FLOAT BETWEEN UNITS DURING SHIFT (4hrs Kingsbury 8hrs Farnum during 1 shift). ICU RNS WILL BE CONSIDERED!
Patient population: AdultGeriatric
Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
NonBillable Orientation: 0hours
Multipliers (OT Holiday): 1.25%

- 2 years Med Surg experience
- EPIC experience
- BSN
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH license must be inhand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
