Job Description

Position: VDOT IT Technical Writer / Systems Analyst

Client: V DOT

Location: 1401 E Broad Street Richmond VA 23219

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

  • Local Richmond VA candidates only please
  • Candidate must also be able to work onsite 23 days/week.
  • Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through V DOTs Parking Management Office or procuring their parking.
  • The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • The candidate must be proficient in realtime delivery of training programs.
  • The candidate must have experience creating recordings of training programs that the target audience can use on demand.
  • PMP certification through PMI or qualification under Commonwealth of Virginia qualification standards for IT project managers.

Experience with VITAs Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process is strongly preferred.

Preferred:

  • CBAP and/or CSPO Certification
  • Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete
