RN minimum of 1 year previous Medical Surgical experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS must be AHA. ND or compact state license. Shift or schedule requirements. Day/Night rotation as needed; Every Other Weekend. No Call. Floating to over units/departments. Medical Surgical Units at Broadway and SMCF.. South University if needed. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 32 bed Census Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. Days 1:45 and Nights 1:56 Dress Code: Scrubs Navy Blue in Color and purchased/maintained by the RN. Adult Trauma Medical and Surgical patients with wide range of medical and surgical needs with Trauma/Orthopedic Trauma and we are certified by TJC for our Hip Fracture Program. |
Comments:7p to 7a. Every other weekend and holiday. Can also do Day/Night rotate. Must float to other MS units within Fargo as needed. Cannot take any travelers living within a 60 mile radius of the facility. Local travel rate for those living 60 to 80 miles from the facility (client rate will be reduced by xx8.00 for those travelers).
