Job Location: Juno Beach FL
Employment Type: 12 months Contract

Overview of the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our clients IT group in Juno Beach. This role is ideal for a selfstarter with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Administrative Assistant will handle a range of traditional administrative activities ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional support to executives and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules appointments and calendars with precision and efficiency.
  • Receive screen and direct incoming calls visitors mail and emails.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements meeting setups and expense reports.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while adjusting to changing priorities and direction.
  • Assist in facilities coordination and general correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Required:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 4 years of administrative experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
    • Exceptional written communication skills including spelling grammar punctuation and vocabulary.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit tact and diplomacy.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Preferred:

    • Associate degree.
    • Demonstrated decisionmaking abilities.
    • Adaptability and effective verbal communication skills.
