About this role:
We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to deliver exceptional maintenance facilities service to our customers. In this role you would be the eyes and ears in the field responsible for completing service tickets in a designated territory. The high level of execution youd bring to the table would help serve our mission to deliver exceptional service to each of our customers.
The nature of our business also demands that everyone is flexible and cooperative with fellow employees and customers and displays a high level of professionalism. We pride ourselves in performing as a high functioning team. (All policies and procedures both organizational and otherwise must be followed to ensure proper and safe working conditions for every individual entering our business).
Job Description:

Ensure that changes and issues are properly documented and communicated.

Complete assigned tasks and work orders with minimal direct supervision.

Maintain clear and professional communication with Lead Technicians Field Supervisors Field Managers and office staff regarding open issues and progress on all assigned work.

Successfully execute assigned programs and work orders ensuring they meet cost quality timing and customer satisfaction expectations.

Keep the assigned work area clean and organized.

Accurately document and communicate work performed and required while in the field.
-
Be willing to work a flexible schedule including availability for oncall duties.

Be able to travel within a specified radius (varies per job) to customer sites.
5 years of experience needed in most of the following:
-
Drywall Repair
-
Flooring Repair
-
Carpentry
-
Painting
-
Electrical
-
HVAC Repair
-
Plumbing
MustHave:
-
Valid Drivers Licence
-
Own vehicle (You will be using your own vehicle to travel from job to job travel will be reimbursed at $.50/mile.)

A phone that can download and use apps

Must own your own set of tools (A full list of tools will be provided.)
