Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Financial Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles CA or Irvine CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing configuring and optimizing the NetSuite ERP system focusing on financial modules to support the organizations business objectives. This role requires handson experience in financial processes and NetSuite implementations with excellent communication and clientfacing skills.
Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite financial modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting.
- Analyze business processes gather requirements and design tailored NetSuite solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other NetSuite modules including Inventory Order Management and Procurement.
- Develop and document system workflows financial controls and process improvements.
- Provide technical expertise during the system testing data migration and user acceptance phases.
- Train endusers and stakeholders on NetSuite financial functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support and enhancements postimplementation to optimize system performance and usability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems or a related field.
- 10 years of handson experience with NetSuite ERP with a focus on financial modules.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and audit compliance.
- Proven experience in NetSuite implementations including fullcycle ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
- Ability to map business requirements into NetSuite solutions effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders and endusers.
- Experience with data migration tools and integration platforms is a plus.
