Issue Subcontractors POs along with tentative scheduling. o Keep subcontractors posted on scheduling needs Put together (2) project binders. (1) for sheet metal foreman & (1) for Service foreman. o Approved submittals to date as well as keep techs current o Current scaled drawings (2) copies (1) for working (1) for redline drawings Continuously monitor material and labor. Provide all CO estimates. o Quotes to GCs o Release our techs on all signed approved COs Provide monthly billing updates to Terri. Continuously monitor site specific emails and or phone conversations. o Respond in timely manors o If phone conversations are had Email confirmations must be made Provide all close out documents. Any RFIs involving other inline team members must have them Ccd on all email communications.
