Job Description
Position: Oncology RN
Location: Malta NY
Pay scale: $2552 $2652/week
Shift: Day
Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy immunotherapy and other cancer treatments.
- Monitor patients for side effects and complications from treatments.
- Assess patients physical and emotional needs related to cancer.
- Provide education about cancer diagnoses treatment options and side effects.
- Support patients and families with emotional and psychological care.
- Coordinate care with oncologists surgeons and other healthcare providers.
- Educate patients on pain management and symptom control.
Requirements:
- Required: BLS ONS or OCN RN license
- Peripheral IV Insertion experience required
- Port/Fistula/Catheter experience required
- IV Certification required
- Must have EPIC experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
