Position: Registered Nurse (RN) LTAC/Tele
Location: Aurora CO 80011
Pay Scale: $2450/week
Shift: Days 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Flexible)
Duration: 10 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments make diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Collaborate with family members counselors physicians and other healthcare professionals to create holistic patient care strategies.
• Integrate traditional nursing methodologies with innovative techniques for optimal patient outcomes.
• Offer support and guidance to patients caregivers and families throughout the healthcare journey.
• Document detailed progress notes and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Motivate and encourage patients particularly during challenging phases of their recovery.
• Manage patient databases and meticulously update medical records.
• Stay informed about advancements in nursing practices and the broader medical field.

Requirements:

• Valid CO or multistate compact RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Must have experience with vent/trach patients.
• Specialized experience in LTAC/Tele settings is preferred.
