Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Arlington TX 76015
Pay Scale: $2420 per week
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments making diagnoses and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaborating with family members counselors physicians and other healthcare professionals to create holistic patient care strategies.
- Integrating traditional nursing methodologies with innovative techniques for optimal patient outcomes.
- Offering support and guidance to patients caregivers and families throughout the healthcare journey.
- Documenting detailed progress notes and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Motivating and encouraging patients particularly during challenging phases of their recovery.
- Managing patient databases and meticulously updating medical records.
- Staying informed about advancements in nursing practices and the broader medical field.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license.
- Certifications required: BLS ACLS PALS TNCC.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency room nursing.
