Job Description
Software Test Engineer
- Specification and implementation of test cases test scenarios and test plans
- Test automation with existing/new technologies
- Execution and maintenance of simulation and hardwaresupported tests
- Conducting and maintaining regression testing
- Analysis of software bug reports and their review
- Preparation of test reports and documentation
- Presentation of current test results
- Responsibility for testing within the development team or system team
- Further development and maintenance of the internally used test applications
- Completed university degree in computer science or related disciplines
- Sound knowledge of software development and testing methods and their application
- Confident handling of Java Python and XML
- Experience in an agile project environment
- Ideally certification according to ISTQB Foundation Level
- Knowledge of the processes in the aerospace sector
- Very good language skills in German and English
- High quality awareness as well as strong teamwork and communication skills combined with enthusiasm for one's own work
