Ensure that the ME team well applies the ME processes.
Secure that the ME team is working according to the shift and planning.
Analyze the customer's Nonconformity (NC) and create Work Orders in the Airbus and Safran systems so that the Production team can rework the NC based on official documents that must be used.
Secure ontime creation of Work Order for Electrical Mechanical and Structural rework based on priorities.
Support the Production team in case of technical issues.
Complementary Description
Continuous improvement mentality.
Ensure compliance with internal objectives.
Reporting to the management.
Act as ME coach.
Job Requirements
A similar experience as ME in the Airbus world is strongly wished.
Strong experience with SAP Airbus.
